Chris Rearick

Owner & Broker

Chris has been a licensed real estate agent for over twenty years, with ongoing experience in real estate sales in the Pittsburgh region — namely the east and north, including the Alle-Kiski Valley.

As a licensed broker, Chris oversees the operations of the agency, acts as a property manager and listing agent, and prepares Broker Price Opinions. Chris also has a continuing background in municipal management and planning and zoning, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and maintains certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Brenda Knorr

Leasing Manager

Brenda has significant experience in real estate dating back to 2019. While actively working to obtain her real estate license, she also serves as our office manager — handling everything from leasing goals such as occupancy and rent growth to building rapport with tenants and owners.

She is responsible for simple accounting, maintenance tracking, owner management, advertising and much more. Let us know if Brenda can assist you!

Jenn Baker

Office Assistant

Jenn has a history of customer service and serves as our primary contact for tenants and owners. She continues that service with Local Level by fielding tenant and owner issues, assisting with unit inspections, and processing rents and bills. Let us know if Jenn can assist you!
